  However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer a return and exchange service under the following terms and conditions:

  1. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 3×24 hours after receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and labels attached.
  • Items must not be damaged, stained, or scented with perfume.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  2. Return Procedure
  Contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp or email and include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Product photos
  • Once approved, you will receive our return shipping address.

  After we receive and inspect your item, your return or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  3. Shipping Costs
  Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error from our side.

  For exchanges, the shipping cost of the replacement item will also be covered by the customer.

  4. Non-Returnable Items
  Items with signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by customer misuse.

  Intimate wear items (such as inners or undergarments) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
